Sounds & Colors from the Heart

After almost twenty years of composing instrumentals for the piano, Bobbi Bernstein has recorded thirteen of her original pieces, including a three-part “sonata,” with a choral ending. A light touch of two vocal songs and three standards brings extra color and texture to the palate of this collection. Included in the CD are a tribute to Jenny Williamson Zenner, So Jenny!; a song inspired by Eruch and Meherwan Jessawala, Let Your Life Itself Be a Song; and A Great Disciple Returns Home, in honor of Darwin Shaw, among others.
