I’ve been a fan of Chris’s Dizzy Pig rubs for a very long time. I am fortunate that the local BBQ supply store carries a full line. I’ve BBQd on a Big Green Egg for 20 years. Since purchasing an Air Fryer and an Instant Pot awhile back, I’ve discovered that good old Dizzy Dust is perfect on chicken wings and thighs, and shrimp and pork done quickly and so flavorful that it’s been our go-to all-purpose rub during this whole covid mess. I have other DP rubs that are very good…I recommend trying them all! But Dizzy Dust is a classic.
